This year Herff Jones will not be collecting our senior dues for us. You can pay your dues online, by clicking here, or you can pay by cash/check on the order days 10/30 and 10/31 during lunch or on 10/30 at night. Please make checks payable to Cary High School for $20. Mr. Bryant has reduced senior fees by $10. All senior fees, library fines and textbooks fines need to be paid in order to receive your diploma.
Congratulations to the members of the Cary High School Marching Band on their outstanding performances at the Band's of America Regional in Winston Salem on Saturday, October 11. The Band placed 2nd in class four A and was named a finalist placing 4th out of the 31 bands from across NC, SC VA and TN. Go IMPs!
Congratulations to the following boys and girls who earned all conference honors at last Wednesday's SWAC cross country championships: Cayla Rodney, Sarah Venable, Dean Abushouk, and Matt Thornton. A special congratulations to Dean. He placed first and was named the conference runner of the year! GO (really fast) IMPs!!

The NJROTC needs parent volunteers to work at the NC State Football Saturday Games on November 8 and November 15. Working the concession stands at the Home Wolfpack Games is great fun. Grade Power Learning Cary, the sponsor of the Cary High PTSA 2015 Grade Power Learning Academic Scholarship for a student attending a 2-yr technical school, is offering an SAT prep class. This is a 10 week classroom SAT prep program that covers Math, Reading and Writing. The program includes an SAT Work book, a Study Guide and (2) Full-length SAT proctored practice tests. The class meets for two hours each Saturday afternoon from 12:30-2:30pm beginning on Saturday, November 1, in preparation for the January 24, 2015 SAT test. The CHS Marching Band is excited to continue the tradition again this year as the 180 Band members personally sell Fruits, Nuts and Poinsettias. STUNT, The newest sport in the nation is coming to WCPSS this spring. This competitive sport combines aspects of cheerleading and gymnastics in a fun, fast-paced game of skill, strength, and teamwork. The regular season will begin March with games taking place on Thursday nights. Playoffs and the first NC STUNT Championship will be held in late April and early May.
